As the owner and founder of SALT Fitness, Tami teaches all formats! Expect to have fun, hear a funny/random story, always be challenged, and leave feeling empowered!
Maura F
Cycle
Riding with Maura means you’ll get a high-intensity, challenging workout with a focus on motivation through music and building strength through both resistance and speed intervals. Expect high watts and consistent work on finding great form from riders!

As our lead Barre instructor Laurens classes will give you the foundation and fundamentals to feel challenged and successful at your own level. Every class is different but no matter what you will leave feeling stronger, more connected, and smiling.

Erika found her love of fitness while dancing her way through life. Being a professional dancer for an NBA dance team, it taught her how important it is to strength train, build core strength and stretch! She thrives on empowering others through movement, as they discover their truest potential. Erika will be your biggest cheerleader with lots of energy, motivating you to be stronger and more confident than before.
Demi L
Cycle
Teaching cycle allows Demi to combine two of her absolute favorite things, music and movement, by creating energizing playlists while helping people of all fitness levels achieve their goals. In Demi's classes, you can expect the energy, music and all-around vibes to be at 100! She'll push you to breakthrough any limits you’ve put on yourself and find that mind-body connection the breaks you out of your comfort zone, all while cracking a few jokes along the way.
Kathleen
In Kathleen's classes you will be moving and grooving! Kathleen will challenge you to push yourself past what you believe you can do. Whether you pick up a heavier dumbbell, hold longer through your shake, or get 1 more rep in! Her goal is to deepen your mind-body connection and help you feel like you left it all on the floor!
Taylor
Cycle
Taylor is all about the EDM vibes, her class is like a party on the bike. She fell in love with cycle while chasing her own fitness goals and soon discovered her ability for blending high-energy beats with intense work outs.
Katie S
Katie began her fitness journey as a distance runner and endurance athlete; in 2016, she took the mic as a cycling and TRX instructor in Brooklyn, NY. Upon relocating back to Chicago, Katie pursued her 200-hr yoga certification and resumed as cycling instructor. Her proudest fitness accomplishment is a solo biking trip from San Francisco to San Diego on a single speed! In her full-time work, Katie is a music/visual art teacher and arts education advocate. She is guided by her values of creativity, wellness, and community to create energetic, authentic, and inclusive spaces for students and clients to flourish.
Megan B
Meg's classes are all about high energy and high motivation. With a love of remixes, mash-ups, and throwbacks you'll experience a party on the bike. Expect a challenging workout to push your boundaries, capture your strength, and have a blast along the way! She loves connecting with the community and coaching you towards your fitness goals!

Originally from Dallas, Christine brings the southern heat straight to her classes. Her high energy teaching style comes from a true passion for all things fitness- She’s a trained yoga, boxing, cycle and strength training coach who will push you to find your most empowered self. In her classes, expect tons of beat drops, power pushes and always a good laugh.
Haley T
Haley brings high energy and motivation to every ride, combining form-focused coaching with fun, intense playlists and choreography that keeps you grooving to forget how hard you’re working. A longtime fitness lover and endurance rider, she channels her passion for cycling into every class. Expect fun remixes, powerful climbs, quick runs, and a ride that leaves you feeling stronger and unstoppable.
Elena D
Elena’s class is designed to help slow your mind and body, tap into the breath, lengthen the muscles, lubricate the joints, and leave you feeling ooey gooey. Her dance background inspires fluidity in movement, and paths of least resistance to release tension. Paired with a playlist curated to induce ultra relaxing vibrations, Elena hopes to create a space that allows you to escape the busy world and give yourself a treat for all the energy you put into it.

Rachel
If you love movement and high pumping electronic music, Rachael's your girl. Rachael first started cycling during the pandemic, and turned from a passioniate (obsessed) beat based rider into an instructor in 2021. Rachael's favorite part about cycling is the way you can get lost in a class; she loves playing with quick choreography, resistance changes, and speed to help distract from the fact you're working out for 45 minutes. Rachael wants her riders to push themselves mindfully, find little moments to laugh, and move their bodies in a way that feels good to them.
Alice H
Barre
Alice has been part of the Salt family since day one. She began at the front desk, but quickly discovered a true passion for barre. Her classes are both challenging and uplifting, pushing you a little further each time while keeping you motivated and supported. Alice ends every session with a grounding moment of stillness, encouraging you to reconnect with your breath and appreciate the strength you’ve built, inside and out!
