As the owner and founder of SALT Fitness, Tami teaches all formats! Expect to have fun, hear a funny/random story, always be challenged, and leave feeling empowered!

Tatiana Zahorik

Barre, Cycle, Strength, 30/30


Tatiana is our Lead Cycle Instructor and also teaches Barre, Strength and 30/30 classes. Energizing and motivating clients is one of her passions and she loves a good remix to a classic hit.

Dayna Brady

In Daynas class you can expect to experience a variety of challenging drills all articulately coordinated to some of her favorite EDM, Rap and Rock hits!

Kate Ulschmid

Kate teaches Cycle 45 and loves some heavy hills. Get ready for a perfectly planned ride that will leave you with wobbly legs after!

Maura Ford

Cycle


Riding with Maura means you’ll get a high-intensity, challenging workout with a focus on motivation through music and building strength through both resistance and speed intervals. Expect high watts and consistent work on finding great form from riders!

Jessica Lee

Jessica teaches our Cycle 45 and loves that bass, a throwback you forgot about and a life lesson to take with you off the bike.

As our lead Barre instructor Laurens classes will give you the foundation and fundamentals to feel challenged and successful at your own level. Every class is different but no matter what you will leave feeling stronger, more connected, and smiling. 

Dana Clark

You can find here on the mic in a Barre 45, Barre 60, Barre Sweat, FIT and Strength providing a well balanced class with fun compound movements. Her goal is to challenge you to be your best.

Patty Boyle

In Pattys class you can expect some fun jams, motivation cue and subtle challenges that pack a punch

Haven teaches Barre and has energy and momentum to spare. Her classes are challenging and will have you shaking!

In Abbys classes you can expect to start or end your day feeling accomplished while focusing on movements that strengthen each muscle.

Erika Samaniego

Barre, Barre Sweat, Strength


Erika found her love of fitness while dancing her way through life. Being a professional dancer for an NBA dance team, it taught her how important it is to strength train, build core strength and stretch! She thrives on empowering others through movement, as they discover their truest potential. Erika will be your biggest cheerleader with lots of energy, motivating you to be stronger and more confident than before.
