BARRE

Infuses the essential elements to strengthen + stretch your full body.  We break it down into focused core, arm, thigh and gluteal blocks.  Each block is brought together in our proven approach that ensures your body gets the optimal workout. No two classes are alike.  Muscles will constantly be shocked and challenged so you become the strongest version of you.  This class incorporates high repetition through small and large range of motion, along with hand weights, therabands and other props to help you take your practice to the next level.

BARRE Sweat

This dynamic barre class layers short bursts of big movements. Work from the inside out, lift your heart rate and heat your body for maximum results.   This class incorporates high repetition emphasizing a large range of motion in short segments. Hand weights, therabands and other props to help you take your practice to the next level.

FIT

(Full-Body Interval Training)

Get ready to move, sweat, strengthen & improve endurance in just 50 minutes. This class starts with a body-heating  warm up and five interval sequences follow.  Each interval is designed to increase your heart rate, your calorie burn and your strength!  Low impact or high impact, our team will guide you to choose the intensity of YOUR class and each interval.

SALT Strength

A 50 minute total body resistance class. In SALT Strength, heavier weights are utilized to induce muscular contraction and target specific muscle groups, creating a resistance workout for your core, upper + lower body.  Once your muscles are warm, we will move you through 3-6 focused sequences. Heavier weights are optional.

Cycle 45

Our motivational beat-driven cycle class taught by rockstar instructors will not only change your day, but your life.  The inspiration you find while riding will help you achieve results like no other cycle class and give you more energy than you ever dreamed.  Taught in a dark room with a lighted accent wall, this class move you to the beat while pushing you to conquer the highest hills and the fastest speeds.  We do not incorporate weights while riding.

SALT 30/30

Thirty minutes of High Intensity Cycling followed by thirty minutes of full body strengthening with a focus on upper body + core.   This class will get your heart rate and calorie burn UP, yet still work your full body. SALT’s signature focus on multiple disciplines are brought into one 60- minute class, offering an intense workout that is effective + FUN. SALT Signature will move from the Cycle Studio (1st thirty minutes) into the Core Strengthening Studio (2nd thirty minutes) without missing a beat. Get ready to move, sweat + surpass edge.
